This page has been created to protect the public from online impersonation, financial misrepresentation, and fraudulent activities being carried out using my name, photograph, and professional identity without authorisation.
I, CFP® Taresh Bhatia, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and Founder of The Richness Academy, hereby declare that I have no association whatsoever with any individual, group, or organisation that claims to represent me without being listed on this website.
Over the last few months, multiple fake social media accounts and messaging groups have been created in names similar to mine, attempting to lure people with messages such as:
  • “I provide daily stock picks”
  • “Join my free/paid WhatsApp group”
  • “Guaranteed profit in intraday trading”
  • “Double your money in 30/60/90 days”
These claims are false, illegal, and fraudulent.
 

 What I DO NOT Do

To avoid any confusion, please note carefully:
  • I do NOT provide daily stock tips, trading calls, or intraday recommendations
  • I do NOT run Telegram or WhatsApp “stock tips” or “profit guarantee” groups
  • I do NOT send unsolicited messages on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email
  • I do NOT ask for direct deposits, UPI transfers, or wallet payments for trading purposes
  • I do NOT promise guaranteed returns on any investment
Any person making these claims in my name is engaging in impersonation and cyber fraud.

 Legal Notice

A formal complaint regarding online impersonation and cyber fraud has been filed with the Cyber Crime Unit, Gurugram (Haryana) under the category of:
Online & Social Media Related Crime – Cheating by Impersonation
Strict legal action is being pursued against all individuals and entities found misusing my identity under the relevant sections of:
  • The Information Technology Act, 2000
  • The Indian Penal Code (IPC)
  • Other applicable cyber and criminal laws of India

I / The Richness Academy shall not be held responsible or liable in any manner for any financial loss, data breach, emotional distress, or damages arising due to dealing with unauthorised individuals or fake accounts.
The responsibility to verify authenticity lies with the user.

If you come across any suspicious account, group, or message using my name, photo, or logo, please take the following steps:
  1. Do NOT engage with the person
  2. Do NOT transfer any money
  3. Take a screenshot of the profile and messages
  4. Report it on the concerned platform (Facebook / Instagram etc.)
